Animal Nutrition Science
Animal Nutrition Science is a traditional excellent major of our university with its own specialty and fame. The training aim of this major is to cultivate practical and professional talents for the fields of education, research, technology promotion, entity administration of animal production. And as the main course of this major, it is very important in the realization of major training aim. Its basic task is to provide theoretical basis and practice reference for the scientific animal production. The purpose of this course is to stimulate the study interests of students by using various teaching methods and device, so that they can master the basic theory and technique of this course, study the physical effect of the nutritious materials in the feed and the animals' needs in it and different influential factors; master the concepts of various nutrients and examining principle, understand the evaluation and setting methods of the nutrient usage. In this course, we are aimed to foster the students' capability in practice, problem analyzing and solving via the teaching model of combining self-study and practice.


Clinical Veterinary Medicine
Clinical veterinary medicine is a discipline mainly about diagnoses approach and theory of the livestock and poultry. It's an important basic course in the major of veterinary medicine, bridging the basic courses and major courses. As an introductory course in animal clinic, it plays a very important role in the clinic veterinary medicine major. The teaching aim of this course is to equip the students with common methods, basic theory, basic knowledge, and basic technique of the clinic animal diagnoses and treatment, so that they can find and recognize the ordinary features and symptoms of different animal diseases, and give correct judgement and treatment according to their integrative and precise analyses.


Parasite Veterinary Science
Parasite veterinary Science is one of the principal major courses of the veterinary medicine. It's not only an important part of the presentational veterinary medicine, but also an important clinic course. The charger of this course has 27-year's teaching experience, and other teachers have engaged in the course teaching for more than 5years. With their careful class preparation, serious teaching, and patient guiding, the course teaching quality is much better than other courses in recent years, and the students are all satisfied with the course teaching.

Material Mechanics
Material mechanics experiment course is a basic technological course of both mechanization and hydraulic engineering majors. This course can set a good foundation for courses such as mechanic designing, mechanic spares, structural mechanics, etc. the experiment course tries to enforce the understanding of mechanics and experimental capability, and lead the student to analyse, study and resolve engineering problems with experimental method. With clear engineering background, the course experiment can accelerate the combination of theory and practice.

Experiment The course sets the teaching theory of material mechanics as background, and emphasize the practice capability of the students through the designing experiment and integrative experiment. In this course, the students can make appointment in advance to carry out experiment according to their own time schedule. During the self-designing experiment, the experiment aim will be listed our only. What should the students do is to put forward the experiment plan in detail, make out recording table of the experimental result, and carry out the experiment by composing different experiment devices and testing equipment of the laboratory.


Mechanic Design & CAD
This course is one of the most important major courses for the mechanics and other relevant majors. It's the foundation of the successive courses. It's the required course of not only mechanics and other relevant majors, but also the non-mechanic majors. About 13 majors in our university offered this course.

Monetary and Banking Science
Monetary and Banking science is not only the basic theory course of finance major, but also the basic core course of the finance-relevant major. As a social science, it was based on the political economics and western economics under the reference of Maxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping's Theory. This course mainly focuses on the operation of financial organizations and financial market, introduce the macro-financial regulation and the developing law of different economic phenomena. The aim of this course is to equip the students with basic knowledge, concept or theory about the monetary and finance, let them systematically master the relative terms, their inner relationships and laws. After learning this course, the students can understand the present condition of sino-foreign financial problems, and form correct observing and analysing method of financial problems, even can solve practical problems.


Botany
Botany is a traditional excellent course in our university. It's a provincial key course. As an important basic course for various majors relating to plant, it was set as required course by Biological technology and Ecology majors.

This course aims to equip the students with the basic theory, knowledge and technique of botany through every teaching procedure. In the past 50years, the course teaching and research office always emphasize the course construction, improve the teachers' quality, and perfect the teaching materials. In recent years, the lab construction was greatly improved, the teaching devices were enriched. And most important of all is that the teaching quality was remarkably improved.


Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology plays a very important role in the living science. It was closely related to agriculture, forestry, food, medicine and environmental protection, and becomes the most basic research device in living science. Thus, it becomes the required course of the relevant majors in university.

Plant Physiology
Plant Physiology is a basic major course for the biological or planting majors. Its teaching quality would have direct effect on the successive major courses' study. The course content is composed by two different parts: The first part is theoretical on including plant physiological principle and experiment technological principle. Crop Cultivation Science
As one of the main major courses in agronomy, crop cultivation occupies a key position in the major training. Not only the breed selection and technique popularizing, but also the regionalization and industrialization of crop production can not be isolated from crop cultivation science. Mastering the science theory and technique becomes the basic presupposition and required condition for a qualified graduate student in the major of agronomy.

The course aim is to stimulate the students' interests by using various teaching forms and methods, so that they can firmly master the basic theory and knowledge in crop cultivation, grasp the growing rules, planting techniques and the inter-relationship with environment of some common crops, understand the trend and development of the science theory and technique. In order to achieve these, we introduced the latest accomplishment of relative disciplines to broaden the students' horizon, and combined the teacher guidance with the students' practice to foster their practice ability in analyzing and solving problems.


Science of Lawn
Science of lawn is an application discipline mainly focuses on the lawn grass, lawn engineering, lawn protection. As a newly developed cross-discipline in our country, the course becomes one of the main major courses for Grass Science of our university.

The course designing thought: First, let the students have a professional understanding about the main breeds of lawn grass, and the construction and protection of lawns; Second, repeatedly let the students observe and operate some key production procedures, so that the students can master some practical techniques, and improve their practice ability.

The course aim: to teach the basic methods and techniques on lawn grass selection, lawn plantation and lawn management, to train the capability of scientific research in lawn, to foster the practical ability in lawn plantation, protection and maintenance, to lay a solid foundation for the students in the aspects of scientific research, teaching and management in lawn.


Agricultural Plant Pathology
Experiment of agricultural plant pathology is an important composing part of agricultural plant pathology. It can deepen the understanding on the basic concepts, theory, and principles of the plant pathology. It can reflects the combination of theory and practice.

Based on the knowledge of plant pathology and other relative disciplines, the course experiments aims to research the cause and process of plant disease, get to know the different symptoms and features that caused by different path genies, master the basic experimental research techniques and prevention in plant disease. Ferment engineering is a discipline researching the production of cells in their metabolism. It is a technology with long history. After constantly introduce the modern scientific technology, the course becomes an important part of the biological technology and application engineering. It is not only the application o f microbe biology in industrial production, but also the extending of chemical project in the biological technology. Focusing on the economic practice, feasibility and production efficiency, the ferment engineering was widely used in industry, agriculture and food industry. Modern ferment technology is the base of industrialization of biological technology. It may cover the whole producing process.

As a key major course for major of agricultural resources and environmental science, it aims to introduce the basic theory on plant nutrition and fertilizer application rules, to study the natures of different fertilizer and the influence of various integrative factors to the fertility of soil and plant nutrition, to recommend the nutrition features of main crops in our province and scientific fertilizer application technology, so that we can improve the output of crops, perfect the quality of agricultural products, fertilizer the soil, exploit and utilize the fertilizer resources at large in our nation, and realize the maintenance developing strategy.
